What you’ll need: AeroPress, Filter, Kettle, Cup or Carafe, Spoon, Digital Scale, Timer Step 1 - Set up your AeroPress in the inverted position Step 2 - Add 30g of coarse ground coffee Step 3 - Add 100g of the softest water you can find, heated to 92 degrees celcius Step 4 - As soon as you add the water, start your timer Step 5 - Stir vigorously with your AeroPress spoon, about 20 times Step 6 - Put your cap on, with a rinsed paper filter and push out the excess air Step 7 - At 0:40, flip the AeroPress onto your pitcher and press! Step 8 - Once all pressed, dilute your brew with 120g water at 92 degrees celcius Step 9 - Cool the brew by pouring it back and forth between two pitchers Step 10 - Serve at around 60 degrees Celsius... and enjoy!
