Preparation

Setup
Set your dripper over a carafe or your favourite to-go mug, wet your filter with hot water to remove the papery taste, dump that papery water out.

Grind
Grind your beans to medium and add to your filter, tare your scale.

Bloom
Start timer, pour 40g of hot water to wet all the coffee. Let it bloom for 30 seconds.

Pour
At 30 seconds; add 100g of hot water in a circular motion. At 1:10 seconds, add the remaining 100g of hot water. DONE!
