• Rinse the filter and place ground coffee evenly in the brewer
• Make sure the top, called the "bed", is flat.
• Start your timer
• Slowly pour 66ml of water to bloom the coffee bed and wait until the 45-second mark
• Gently stir the top of the brew once with a spoon
• Pour the remaining 294ml of water in 15-20 seconds to get to 360ml
• Swirl the V60 (Rao Spin) and let the extraction finish.
