Café Saint-Henri is a pioneer of the Montreal coffee scene. It was in 2011 that Jean-François Leduc founded Saint-Henri, the very first specialty coffee micro-roaster in Quebec. Since then, Saint-Henri has grown from a single café to 8 branches as well as 2 roasting workshops. Saint-Henri is known for buying its coffee beans directly at origin and for its fair trade with its coffee producing partners.
