This coffee blew my mind. I stored it in the freezer (for freshness) and from frozen it smelled just like tropical fruit. Once unfrozen, it was more subtle combination, but still very fruit heavy. Brewed as a pour-over... Tasted (and smelled) amazing.. Kiwi/passion fruit. As it cooled down changed flavour, would be interesting as ice coffee as well.

A very fruit-forward cup, without being overpowering. Lychee on the nose, there is a silkiness to it that showcases a coconut-water-like mouthfeel. Slight tangy sensation of ripe berries lingers.

Finally got to spend some time at LGC! Three pour over options today, all amazing choices. Went for Colorfull’s Lychee macerated Colombian, but could’ve easily gone for Traffic or Onyx without batting an eye. Presentation, service, and brew are on point. Definite reco!
