Discover Tartafruit, our new coffee from the Gargari Gutity station in Yirgacheffe, southern Ethiopia. This exceptional coffee, grown at an altitude of 1,983 metres, offers delicate notes of rose, fruit tart and peach. This natural lot is unique, coming from a group of growers who cultivate a local variety called 'Kurume', renowned for its tiny beans, comparable to those of the mocca variety. After careful picking at the peak of ripeness, the cherries are dried on African beds for 19 to 25 days, guaranteeing superior quality. Behind this coffee is Primrose Coffee, run by Abreham Mengiste and Meseret Workneh, who are dedicated not only to the production of remarkable coffees, but also to the development of local communities.
