This blend was created based on years of espresso service at our cafe locations. We aimed to build a blend that was versatile enough to taste sweet and chocolatey on its own, as well as able to turn milk into chocolate ice cream. The largest portion of this blend is made using Sitio Colina, a natural processed Brazil from a single farm lot, known for its sweetness and flavor. The remaining 25% is the Bilbao washed Colombia, giving this blend an overall Blackforest cake vibe.
