Espresso

This Red Bourbon from Wilton Benitez is something quite interesting. Just the aroma opening the bag is strong Raspberry, mind you, roasted 3 days ago. Grinding them brought out even more red fruit notes and sparkling rose wine. Then the aroma of espresso is a strong watermelon syrup. The taste is clear notes of strawberry wine, Raspberry, and watermelon syrup. Clarity was very distinct and it is a light medium body. Looking forward to seeing this rest more and continue dialing in as Espresso.
