I got a nice level of acidity and a gentle sweet aftertaste brewing it with the v60. Some citric notes, but the listed notes didn't came though as much. Maybe a bit underdeveloped?

Not much comes through, the notes are quite muddy even with different brew recipes and ratios for ESPRESSO. Enjoy more through filter where orange and chocolate come through.

Good orange flavour with a heavier roast profile coming in . The other notes are not found. 14g - 300ml in - 270 ml cup. 5pours, 42ml bloom, 60ml -40ml-60ml- 40ml v60 pour style. 60ml cafec style pour to finish
