There's something to be said about a decaf that sticks out. I have been on a quest of sorts, to find really great decaf coffees. Most decafs tend to fall flat, especially with pour over. A lot of them tend to taste very similar, and have this particular "decaf" taste to them. This coffee is not one of them. This is probably one of the best decaf I've ever had. It actually has flavor! Its fruity, complex, and vibrant. It's everything I want from a decaf. It's just phenomenal.
