Natalia Brito

Minas Gerais is a state in Southeastern Brazil who's total land area is larger than Metropolitan France. It is the main coffee growing region of the country, producing about 74% of the national total.

This coffee is sourced from Natalia Brito at Fazenda Jaguara in Campo Das Vertentes, Minas Gerais. Natalia and her husband Andre manage Fazenda Jaguara, which is one of the Garcia family farms and is also associated with their exporting company Jaguara Coffee. The farm spans 90 hectares and was established by Andre's father in 2001. Since 2013, Natalia and Andre have taken charge of the farm's operations and have introduced sustainable planting techniques to maximize the utilization of natural resources.

The resulting cup reminds us of pineapple, mango and marmalade.
