Mélange Extravaganza is a signature blend. It has been created and roasted for lovers of more complex cups of coffee.

The blend is made up of two key origins. The first coffee is from the Matagalpa department of Nicaragua. It was sourced from Osmin Turcios at Finca Renacer and is comprised of solely of washed processed Caturra.

The second is an Ethiopian from the Yirgacheffe region. It was sourced from various independent producers in the region and naturally processed at the Kochere Washing Station.

The resulting cup reminds us of cacao nib, candied fruit, and cane sugar.
