Mélange 1923 is a signature blend. It has been created in honour of the company's founder, Mr Saint-Jean, and is roasted to be a "go-to" option for a simple and balanced cup of coffee.
The blend is made up of two key origins. The first coffee is a washed Brazilian from the Minas Gerais region, and the second is a washed Ethiopian from the Sidama region. Both coffees were roasted separately before blending to ensure that each's taste profile is at its best.
The resulting cup reminds us of chocolate, hazelnut and molasses.
