Lolo

Cauca is a department of southwestern Colombia that is located mostly in the Andes. The region is host to part of the Andean Volcanic Belt, which lends high mineral content ideal for coffee growing.

This coffee is sourced from various farms of the Lolo Coffee Group in Cauca. The company is a family business with over 80 years of coffee production expertise, which began with José Dolores Gómez (also known as Lolo). In order to achieve outstanding quality coffee, they have important alliances with a team of coffee producers and a coffee cupping agronomist.

The resulting cup reminds us of caramel, fig and honey.
