Hale Noir

Hale Noir is a blend created and roasted to challenge the status quo on dark roasts.

Generally, commodity-grade coffee beans have a low density and are roasted to such a high level to ensure that all the beans taste the same, thus masking defects.⁣ By using high-quality beans, this Brazil & Colombia blend can withstand the high heat of the roasting process without becoming too bitter or astringent.

The resulting cup reminds us of dark chocolate, toasted nuts & nutmeg.
