Tasting notes: Unique and elegant coffee. Notes of blueberry jam, cheesecake, raspberry, maple, almond, chocolate cream, flowers and clove. The ideal acidity for a coffee with nice and silky body. As time passes, more notes will appear and others will vanish.

Light-Medium roast: Recommended for Pour over, Immersion brewers and adventures Espresso.
