This coffee is sourced from the Guduba Washing Station in the Benti Nenka village of the Guji zone. This mill is owned by Eyasu Worasa who has been working in specialty coffee for the past 11 years. The mill processes the ripest cherries from more than 525 farmers.
The washed process gives green grape, grapefruit and chamomile flavours to this coffee.
