Finca Batres is a particularly important coffee for us at KAAPEH because we personally know the producer, David Batres. David and his family co-own their family farm, Finca Batres, in Guatemala. This natural Catuai has a beautiful acidity reminiscent of lime, with a sweet finish that evokes butterscotch, offering us a very well-rounded, versatile, and dangerously easy-to-drink coffee.
