This is a solid washed coffee that we roasted to go well with any brew method, with or without milk, and it's designed for a bolder taste profile. The coffee features dark chocolate and nuttiness with cooked pear notes giving a nice mouthfeel, and an aftertaste like nougat and vanilla. As an espresso, it’s smooth with a buttery texture and orange marmalade sweetness, making it incredibly balanced.
