E2 is signature blend. It was created with the idea of marrying two coffees of the same origin together.
The blend is made up of two Ethiopian coffee. The first is from the Adorsi Aricha washing station in Yirgacheffe, and is a natural processed composed of Kurume, 74110 & 74112 varietals.
The second is from the Andinet Degaffe washing station in Nansebo, and is a washed process coffee composed of ethiopian heirloom varietals.
The result is a coffee with notes of blackberry, caramel and red currant.
