Dulce

This new Dulce is not the typical Dulce you’ve known us for. This one is from Thailand. Yes, you read that correctly. The Southeast Asia country is well renowned for its delicious green, red, and yellow curry, Tom Yum soup, and Pad Thai. We weren’t convinced at first that a Thai coffee farm could produce specialty-grade arabica, but our minds were blown. This Thai sample had nothing to do with other Asian coffee we tasted before. It has complexity, it has cleanliness, it has caramel, it has graham cracker, it has green apple acidity, it has a touch of floral notes, it has Glosette-like sugary texture. It has everything our Dulce café should have.
