Minas Gerais is a state in Southeastern Brazil who's total land area is larger than Metropolitan France. It is the main coffee growing region of the country, producing about 74% of the national total.
This coffee is sourced from three coffee farmers in Minas Gerais: Francisco Ramos, Carla Alburquerque, Silvia Mariano. Their lots of Mundo Novo, Tupi & Icatu were selected by Edgard Bressani for their exceptional quality, and processed at Latitudes Grand Cru Coffees facilities before being prepared for export.
The resulting cup reminds us of chocolate, almond & brown sugar.
