BRAZIL - ALTA MOGIANA

For unfortunate souls never able to live, breathe and dance to the rhythm of Brazil, there's always been the profound morning ritual of aromatic Brazilian coffee and the cup. However, after decades of deforestation, deregulating conservation efforts, and clearcutting for industrial farming, the permanence of Brazil's dark nectar is threatened by shady governments pandering to greedy corporate interests and billionaire fat cats,
making us real f*#@kin' angry.

Alta Mogiana is a southeastern region of Brazil and is one of the traditional coffee producing regions of the country. The combination of high altitudes and average temperature throughout the year give coffees grown here a high content of natural sweetness.

This coffee is sourced from Laerce França Faleiros and his farm Fazenda Eldorado. In 2013, Laerce and his children have taken the farm to new innovative heights by growing relationships with farming communities throughout Alta Mogiana exploring possibilities for new varietals and outlining templates for continued growth of quality within the region.

The natural process gives orange, roasted nuts and chocolate flavours to this coffee.
