This coffee is sourced from various farmers associated with the Mixta Montana Verde cooperative in Santa Barbara. Like most field blends, traceability is limited to the cooperative that takes on the processing of their members’ crops. In this specific lot, you’ll find a mix of typica, caturra and catuai varietals.

The resulting cup reminds us of dark chocolate and dried apricot.
