Ex æquo au premier rang du calendrier de l'avent. Espresso onctueux par lui-même, rond et soyeux. Mélasse oui mais caramel, pralines aussi. Un doux mélange qui fittait très bien pour un café de milieu d'hiver.

As soon as you grind it, the molasses notes are there. I found this cup of coffee pretty good. I didn’t think I could get a coffee with a light roast with mainly strong notes of molasses, dates and caramel. The citrus notes show up a bit later when the coffee cools down.

The notes are definitely more subtle than other coffees, but I think that's perfect for a daily driver! This one is balanced, light acidity, and all around a very comforting taste.
