Brewed pour-over with a jug water temp of 72-78deg using 5 pours (first pour/bloom & last pour is 60ml) on 20g with 260ml water. Alternated Hario and Cafec pour style to round out cup.
Very tea and floral palate forward, citrus is lost but sweetness (apricot) is present and well rounded.
This might be better brewed as a cold/nitro brew or iced to bring out. More notes and make it even easier to drink .
