Baroida

Baroida is a honey processed lot that comes from the Kianantu region of the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. There, Nichol Colbran, a second generation farmer with decades of experience, produces high quality lots from the coffee grown on his estate as well as the coffee from neighbouring smallholder farmers.

We love this coffee for its smooth mouthfeel and delicious notes of cola, hazelnut, and fig. It’s perfect for espresso, pairs beautifully with milk, and makes for a fantastic cup of filtered coffee too. We’ve got a relatively small lot of this coffee, so you’ll definitely want to give it a try while it lasts.
