Specialty coffee every Saturday on the local market in the heart of Lier.

I started out with love for coffee and late art. Invited people over to serve them a drink or two while working as a volunteer Barista at Amici Coffee and Books in Antwerp. The local market in Lier is the next step. I find myself talking a lot about coffee and all of its intriguing aspects, Jost love all of it.

Working on a decent coffee machine, imho a step in the future of coffee making. Even though it’s high tech, I like to combine this with artisanal laté art and slow pour over coffee 😊.

Using direct traded beans from Cuperus in Antwerp so the farmers get paid a fair price. Also serving only plant based drinks, like oat, almond, etc
