Location: Aspen Coffee Roasters Drink: Oat milk cappuccino Taste: 0/5 Atmosphere: 3.5/5 The coffee was bad, nearing on disgusting. It tasted as though a roasting error was made, or perhaps a defect in the beans. Also, the cappuccino was poorly made. The barista was very friendly and the concept of the coffee bar/roastery is cool, it’s a shame the coffee was as terrible as it was. One can only hope they will get better with time. I would not recommend this place.
